THIS IS FROM THE CRAFTSY E-NEWSLETTER
THAT I JUST GOT.
As winter approaches, the leaves fall, the days
get shorter and the temperatures drop. In an
children throughout the nation, Craftsy is
partnering with
homeless shelters across the
United States. We are challenging our
community
to donate 10,000 warming items to be distributed
to these
shelters. We will be collecting any new
or handmade items that can keep a
child warm this winter: hats, gloves, blankets,
sweaters, scarves, the
options are endless! If
you are looking for inspiration, two Craftsy designers
have offered their custom patterns for FREE (CLICK ANY
IMAGE ABOVE TO GET THE PATTERNS). Have fun
with
your project, and exercise your creativity--we
are welcoming all knit,
crocheted, sewn and quilted items.
Be sure to download the gift tag (CLICK
IMAGES ABOVE FOR GIFT TAG) to
write a special
note to the recipient. In the spirit of the holidays,
