Fab Fabric Friday - Week 13

When I look through the selection of fabrics at the Fat Quarter Shop for my next Fab Fabric Friday post I pick fabrics according to my mood, a specific color combination that I am in love with at the time or a certain design/picture that I am totally into at the moment.  For this post, hearts, love and bright red is what grabbed at me.  Not for any particular reason and Valentine's Day is 2 months away.  But, that's just how it goes sometimes, in my brain.  Sometimes, I'm even inspired by something I see on tv, on the internet, on a blog or even outside.  It really varies.

So if you have not yet shopped at the Fat Quarter Shop, you are in for a treat.  They have so much to choose from (Fat Quarters, Charm Packs, Layer Cakes, Jelly Rolls, Fat Eights, etc).  There really is alot to look at and it's hard deciding what to get first.  Kim and the staff are really friendly and easy to communicate with if you ever need anything or have questions.  Fat Quarter Shop is also one of the companies that sponsors the most blogs.  They are really well known all over the internet world.

So, this is what I chose for today.  I hope you get inspired.

I think these fabrics would be great for table runners, aprons, oven mitts, wall quilts, accent pillows, tote bags, lamp shade covers, banners/garlands, sewing machine cover, laptop cover, medical scrub tops, etc.

What would yall make?

  1. They're so pink, they should be something really pretty. I've seen lots of tutorials for little girls dolls and bags to carry them and a pretty play blanket would be perfect.
